Almost everyone there was friendly and helpful. The sales person we dealt with was new but we liked him a lot. The guy helping him flat out lied to us about an option we didnt need or want. He said it wasn't optional and it was an extra $1000. While going through the paperwork we noticed it said it was in fact optional. Other than that it was a good experience and we already love our new car.
My salesmen Phillip was excellent. Very knowledgeable and willing to help me buy my new CX5. Also In Finance Department Ryan Reynolds was helpful and efficient. Unfortunately we did not want extended warranty and Ryan’s boss was pressuring us and I did feel uncomfortable. But the Overall experience was pleasant and Painless

I bought a new 2020 Mazda CX-5 to go along with my 2014 Mazda CX-5. I had a great experience at Auffenberg. Phillip Stewart and Jon Ballas were both awesome and made the experience enjoyable!
I bought my car and love my new car. I had some issues with my trade due to an error on the carfax that has to be adjusted. I was very frustrated and reached out previously and thought I was being brushed off but Josh Vick called me back and explained the situation entirely to me. After speaking with him I feel much better and no longer frustrated and would definitely do business with him again.
Everything was spectacular, the sales department, specifically Phil and Josh, made everything painless as possible. The only downside was the length of time I had to wait in the finance department. The finance manager assigned to me was great, personable, and helpful. However the wait to see him was over an hour of not longer. I don’t think it was his fault personally that it took so long, so I don’t blame him at all. I got tired of counting the time. Overall I’m glad I chose Auffenberg for my new car purchase.
